Aaron - 3 Months

Age:
Three months old!
(As of September 8th.)

Stats:
We won't have any updated ones until Aaron's four month appointment, but he's huge.

Wears:
6 month clothes and size 2 diapers.

Says:
Aaron is doing lots of baby babbling! He's getting chattier by the day. It's fun to be seeing the first stages of babbling with Aaron and the last stages of babbling with EJ at the same time.

Sleeps:
Aaron usually takes two big naps each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and several short naps whenever the mood strikes. He falls asleep around 9 or 10pm and wakes up at 4am to eat, and then around 7:30 he's up for the day.

Eats:
Breastmilk and formula. He's still getting the majority of his nutrition from formula, but he also breastfeeds. He's a bottomless pit and seems ready to move from four ounce bottles to five ounces ones.

Loves:
Smiling! He loves chewing on his hands and is much more of a drooler than EJ was. He grabs his toes all the time. He also sucks his fingers sometimes, but I'm not sure if that will stick around.
He's loving the Bumbo seat right now.
Baths have moved from the dislike to like column very suddenly. Now he loves them!
He loves kicking his feet and squirming around.
Being naked!
The ergo. He goes right to sleep.
The swing.

Dislikes:
Tummy time, still. He's constantly trying to roll back to tummy, and I have no idea why. He hates being on his tummy!
Cold bottles. If you give him a cold bottle, be prepared for hysterical screaming.
He's still not a huge fan of the car, but he's doing drastically better than he used to.

Plays:
He's starting to grip toys, and likes plastic links and other easy to grab toys. He loves his playmats and has just started sitting in the exersaucer. I keep meaning to introduce him to Sophie the Giraffe; I think he'd love her!

Aaron & EJ:
Aaron loves EJ. He loves watching what EJ is up to and is just starting to be able to hold toys EJ shares with him. He always has smiles for his big brother!
