Smiles!

          Yesterday, Aaron smiled a real smile for the first time! He was 5 weeks and 2 days old, which puts him a couple weeks behind EJ's adjusted age when EJ first smiled. We'll cut Aaron a little slack since EJ was technically over three months old at the time. Here are some blurry smiles!

One Month

     Technically, Aaron is five weeks old today, but last week on the 8th, he turned one month old! To celebrate, I propped him up in a giant chair. As one does.

The 4th of July

Happy 4th of July! It was Aaron's first one, and our first one in our new house. The 4th of July is a big deal in our neighborhood (which we took advantage of last year), so we were very excited to experience it living right by all the fun.

Pete ran the Scripps Ranch 4th of July Fun Run with the boys. 

Since we live in the parade staging area, our Stroller Strides friends met up at our house to decorate their strollers before marching in the parade. We just watched the parade because I'm still recovering from having Aaron, but we'll be out there walking in it next year!
