The Beach at Powerhouse Park

This morning, EJ said he wanted to go to the ocean, so we jumped in the car and headed to the beach where we had our wedding reception. 

Aaron got a little sandy.

Beach Baby

           It has been really hot in San Diego recently- like mid-90s.  We don't have air conditioning, which is only a problem for about two weeks (cumulatively) out of the year, but this is definitely one of those times.  We decided to embrace the heat and head to the beach.  EJ's already been to the beach a few times, but for his first time putting his toes in the ocean, we decided to take him to the beach in Del Mar where we had our wedding reception.  I can't say he loved it, but at least he didn't cry.

We were excited to try out our new sun shade, and it worked well!
